Ok go to Ski Village and go in the entrance.
There is a new room called the Supply Camp.
Click on the icicles to get through.

There is a new room called Base Camp.

Also a new room called Mountain.

New room called Ice Cave. You can find the Infrared Goggles. Pick them up and put them on. Then follow the paw prints.

OMGZ THE LASER MAZE!
Ok pick up the Key.

Should be fairly easy.

Ok now here we are at "Classified Location" aka Herbert's Hideout. You will get a stamp called Stunt Penguin and a message from G.

Throw snowballs at the power boxes.
